Rotary, Abigail Aina Initiative donate learning materials to St. Louis Grammar School students - The Hope Newspaper
By Bamidele Kolawole The Rotary E-Club of New Nigeria, in partnership with the Abigail Aina Development Initiative and the 1981 set of St. Louis Grammar School, Akure, has donated learning materials to pupils of the school as part of efforts to promote education, academic excellence and the development of the girl child. The project was led by Rotarian Joke Abimbola, through the Abigaail AINA Development Initiative, established in honour of her late mother. The materials were provided to Junior Secondary School One pupils and high-achieving students, with over 700 households benefiting from the intervention. The 1981 set also rewarded outstanding pupils who excelled in Mathematics, English Language and Business Studies in each class. The Principal of St Louis Gramma School, Mrs Mary Oluwaseyi Ayeni, commended the organisers' generosity and commitment to the welfare and academic development of students.
