The Affordable Housing Commission has awarded $4 million to repair 250 tornado-damaged affordable rental units in St. Louis, Missouri. The funding is part of the $79 million in Board Bill 22 Rams settlement funds that were used for tornado recovery. The awards were led by the Affordable Housing commission and partnered with the Recovery Office. The funds will now be reviewed by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment for final approval.
