Selective Site Holdings Acquires Network Real Estate, Expanding Wireless Site Development Services Across Missouri, the Midwest and Texas
Selective Site Holdings, Inc. (SSH), parent company of Selective Site Consultants, a wireless infrastructure site development firm headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, today announced it has acquired Network Real Estate, LLC (NRE), a St. Louis based provider of site acquisition, leasing, zoning and permitting, and project management services for the wireless telecommunications industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Selective Site Holdings, Inc. (SSH), the parent company of Selective Site Consultants, has acquired Network Real Estate, LLC (NRE), a St. Louis-based telecommunication services firm. The acquisition strengthens SSH's regional footprint and adds an experienced team to serve carriers and tower owners across the Midwest, the Rocky Mountain Region, and Texas. NRE will continue to offer in-house engineering and structural analysis services to its clients. The companies will offer clients a broader bench of site acquisition specialists, deeper local zoning and permitting expertise, and greater capacity to support 5G densification and future 6G development. The transaction closed on October 23rd, 2026.
