St. Louis All Local: AG hands police board investigation to private law firm, St. Charles homelessness
St. Louis Attorney General Mary Beth Beth Bethany has withdrawn her office from investigating Sunshine Law violations by the police board, transferring the investigation to a private law firm, St. Charles homelessness. The ADL has called criticizing Israel at a Blues game anti-Semitic, and the state auditor has been assigned to investigate STL county assessment appeals. The trial over a Bar:PM lawsuit against two city cops is set to begin today. The AG has also withdrawn her position from investigating any Sunshine Law violation by the Police Board.
