According to police, she is without needed medication and is described as a Black female, 5’0″, 143 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. According to police, McNeil-Hayes is without needed medication.
She is described as a Black female, 5’0″, 143 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. She was last wearing a gray headband, tie-dye-style hooded sweatshirt, black leggings, and white Crocs.
If anyone has any information regarding Tiyanna’s whereabouts, 911 should be dialed immediately, or you can contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 314-324-0166.
