ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — St. Louis County police are searching for a 34-year-old woman who was missing Thursday.

Police said Danielle Hagaman, 34, was last seen on Sunday, March 24 at about 10 p.m. in the 2700 block of Wheaton Avenue.

Hagaman was hospitalized earlier in the day and released. When she returned home, she left shortly after without her cell phone and other belongings.

She reportedly has a mental health condition and her family told police they are concerned because she has not contacted them in nearly five days.

She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She has blue eyes and blonde hair.

She also has two piercings on her left eyebrow, a heart with wings tattoo on her left shoulder, the words, "live laugh love" on her left forearm, a "why so serious" tattoo on her right shoulder, and star tattoos on her arms and legs, according to police.
