One passenger, speaking to FOX 2, recounted his experience of being stranded on a plane after it landed at 11:45 p.m. However, passengers weren’t allowed to disembark until after 2:00 a.m. According to the passenger, airline workers cited unsafe conditions for ground crews as the reason for the delay. He also believed that several other planes were similarly affected, with passengers kept waiting on the tarmac.
