Missouri Republicans are another step closer to making it harder for voters to amend the state's constitution. McDonald's is returning to local menus with new bagel breakfast items, a popular item usually only available in St. Louis and a few other cities. The bagels have not been on the menu since 2020. Starting Monday, many McDonald's restaurants in the McDonald's of Metropolitan St Louis Co-Op will introduce these new items. This includes all 149 stores in the Co-op.
