The St. Louis Board of Aldermen is set to set a special election date for the city sheriff's position, following the permanent removal of former Sheriff Alfred Montgomery. The election will be held between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., with polling hours set to occur. The deadline for applying for the interim position is 5pm.
